The hectic lifestyle of being on the road in a band means that i have little or no time to exercise. Since being introduced to the TRX i have been completely blown away by how effective it is in giving me a full body workout even in the smallest of rooms and the tightest of schedules.

Whether i have been in hotel rooms, the tour bus or just open areas i can smash in a session and be off again without the need for gymnsiums, inductions and the time consumption this takes up.

Having a job that involves being in the spotlight means i have to be in peak condition at all times and the TRX is one of my most valuable tools in accomplishing this. The rigours of touring and performing is so physically demanding that i need my body to be strong and durable. I can think of nothing better for me than the TRX and would reccomend it to anyone
