"I am running a successful free-lance personal training business in Chelsea, London and weight loss/holistic retreats in Europe. The TRX is the first portable and complete exercise system I have ever come across. It is a truly functional training tool. Your body is worked in all three planes of motion, your stabilizers and core are always switched on and strengthened and all movement patterns are used.
