With a great love for body weight training and having to work with not much kit or no kit at all, because of my background as a Ex-Jockey and an Ex-Army PTI, I think the TRX is great for my training and that of my clients so I got a TRX suspension system about 15 month ago and my clients love it, I like it so much that a did the TRX Suspension Training Course last year. Then end of last year I had a very bad accident with having to have surgery. I had a Patellar Dislocation and Patella Fracture and had to have the Patella wired together. The TRX is great as a rehab tool it has help with my recovery no end and with Leg exercises like Squats, Step Back Lunge it takes the Pressure of the knees.
Fantastic bit of Kit and worth every penny I paid for it.
