Having been introduced to the TRX by my father in the early part of last year, I have never been without it since. Due to my busy and unpredictable lifestyle in the Armed Forces, it is essential to my training when I do not have gym facilities available to me. As I like to vary my training, the TRX provides me with the ability to train in various conditions and locations whilst getting the maximum effects of strength, core and flexibility training all in one. I even took it with me to India this year and it was perfect to workout on attached to the palm trees on the beach (it definitely drew a crowd!)
I have implemented it into my training even when I'm at the gym to add another dimension to my workouts and push my core that little bit harder. Having demonstrated the benefits to my colleagues at work, there has been an amazing interest in purchasing it.
Recently, my partner has started to utilise it and is ecstatic with the results. Its compatibility with any environment means that she can workout at home or in the park with out having to go to male dominated weights rooms.
I could not recommend it highly enough to anyone, regardless of occupation or fitness levels. It really is an outstanding bit of equipment that I go nowhere without.
