Y-Deltoid-Raise

Start Position Movement Description
1. Adjust TRX system to fully lengthened position. Raise extended arms overhead in a "Y" and avoid leading action with hips.
2. Grasp handles using a 45 degree grip. Maintain constant tension on TRX.
3. Configure feet in a "t" position for shallower angles. Return to start position using a slow controlled, eccentric motion.
