| 1. Adjust TRX system to fully lengthened position. | Raise extended arms overhead in a "Y" and avoid leading action with hips. |
| 2. Grasp handles using a 45 degree grip. | Maintain constant tension on TRX. |
| 3. Configure feet in a "t" position for shallower angles. | Return to start position using a slow controlled, eccentric motion. |
