  • Equipment: treat each Kettlebell like it's a heavy Kettlebell. Once you are done with your Kettlebell, put it out of your way to avoid tripping over it during your next exercise.

  • (1) 18lb and (1) 26lb Kettlebell for Women.
  • We recommend (1) 35lb and (1) 53lb Kettlebell for Men.
  • These two weights will serve a beginner very well.
